ST Magazine #135
 |
The RayXamber association is doing well, and offers always more for the Atari world. Obviously ST Magazine, which release frequency (except for the #133, for reasons mentioned in the #134) is more than steady. Counting from the beginning of AtTOS, we are issuing now the 14th issue since mid 2001. That's 3 years and 14 issues for a magazine supposed to be issued every 3 months. Thus, we are a little ahead of plans!
In parallel with ST Magazine, without equivalent world wide (well, I've heard there is also a French ST Magazine, but hushà ;-), ReviVal - even if it is not much read by Atarists, you would believe none of you owns a console! - offers a special issue 100% dedicated to Atari consoles. Most likely, many of you will be able to learn about all the consoles from the Fuji brand, from VCS2600 to Lynx to Jaguar. Ideal way to be updated on the latest releases, to learn on how to program these machines, to read great interviews, exclusive tests, etc.
Since it is huge, the price is a little higher than usual, but you will get value for your money, believe us! To order it, it's very simple: our site www.revival.free.fr, or directly from mail order, details are in the little box dedicated to advertise it.
Last, I want to thank again all the marvellous team gathered around my illustrious person because, without it, be sure there would be no magazine on earth speaking about your favourite universe. Sadly Cyril Lefebvre is not there (read about it in the magazine), which explains the Shareware feature is a little shorter than usual. But be sure it will get better as of September!
Thanks are even warmer because now the French and English versions are handled (nearly) simultaneously (one month delay), priority being given to the French version, which you can understand. Huge thanks again to all the team, and thanks also to all who participated in the 100% Atari special issue of ReVival, you know who you are.
See you again in September for ReVival #24 and ST Magazine #136. Have a good read, and beware of the warm weather, it could fatal to our Ataris!
For the holidays, we present the first part of a feature on the Porfolio, the ideal computer to take on holidays, and to continue to write articles for STMag!
